We would like to remind patients on how to access services during the Covid-19 Pandemic:



Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

On Thursday, we operate a morning surgery only, 08:00 - 12:00pm (Doctor on-call is available for medical emergencies until 6pm)


A telephone consultations with your GP can be requested from:

🕗 8:00am - 11:30am only

You will be asked to provide as much information as possible, your request will then be triaged by our Clinical team. 

In most circumstances the consultation can be done over the phone and/or video call.

Due to demand & staff shortages, we may only be able to offer appointments for emergencies only.


If your Doctor requires you to attend the surgery, for further clinical assessment, this will be fully explained and arrangements made for you.


Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by;

• dedicated telephone service
• vision on line patient service
• collection boxes at local pharmacies

Please allow, at least, 48hrs for your request to be processed.


The out of hours service is still in operation from 6:00pm - 8:00am Monday to Friday, and at weekends. The telephone number is 028 38399201.

We would like to thank our dedicated team of Doctors, Nurses, Management Team, Practice Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners and all our Medical Support and Cleansing staff - who continue to work, compassionately and diligently, during these challenging times.

Each Thursday afternoon a Doctor will be available for emergency consultations.  Patients should ring the surgery on 4062 3303 and listen carefully to the recorded message which will give details of how to contact the emergency Doctor.

Patients should only attend the treatment room if they have an appointment or have been asked to attend by a member of the clinical team.
